【摘要】 用鳞盖红菇(Russula lepida)菌丝体多糖连续灌胃H22荷瘤小鼠10d。与阴性对照组相比,多糖组的瘤重降低,Bcl-2和突变型P53的表达下调,表明鳞盖红菇菌丝体多糖对H22荷瘤鼠有抑瘤作用,可以抑制H22肝癌细胞的增殖。

【Abstract】 H-22 liver tumor-bearing mice were administered physiological saline intragastrically(negative control),5-flurouracil intraperitoneally(positive control) or Russula lepida mycelial polysaccharide intragastrically(test group) and sacrificed after 10 days.Our data revealed that R.lepida mycelial polysaccharide inhibited tumor growth and that proliferation of the cancer cells was due to decreased expression of Bcl-2 and mutant P53 proteins.
