碳源和氮源对绣球菌菌丝生长的影响Effect of Carbon and Nitrogen Source on the Growth of Sparassis crispa Mycelium

【摘要】 采用平板培养方法研究了碳源、氮源对绣球菌(Sparassis crispa)菌丝生长的影响,并用二元二次正交回归实验对绣球菌的母种培养基配方进行优化。结果表明,适宜绣球菌菌丝生长的最佳碳氮源为葡萄糖和鱼粉蛋白胨,优化后的母种培养基配方为:马铃薯20%,葡萄糖2.10%,鱼粉蛋白胨0.32%,琼脂2%。

【Abstract】 The effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources on the growth rate and vigor of Sparassis crispa mycelium was determined and response surface methodology was applied to optimize the stock culture medium.Among the carbon and nitrogen sources tested,2.7% glucose and 0.25% fish peptone,respectively best supported mycelial growth.Optimized culture medium for the growth of S.crispa mycelium contained 20% potato,2.1% glucose and 0.32 % fish peptone.
