【摘要】 以双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)2793为试材,采用基因枪法对其菌褶进行遗传转化,相对转化率为2.69%,转化子经PCR检测表明,外源潮霉素B抗性基因已经被转入到菌丝体中。

【Abstract】 Transformation of Agaricus bisporus by particle bombardment of fruit body gill tissue was confirmed using the hygromycin B gene as a selective marker.PCR amplification revealed that DNA containing the resistance marker had been inserted into fungal hyphae with a transformation efficiency of 2.69%.
