硫磺菌菌丝生长特性初探Growth Characteristics of Laetiporus sulphureus Mycelium

【摘要】 在不同温度、碳源、氮源、碳氮比和pH值等条件下观测硫磺菌(Laetiporus sulphureus)的菌丝长势、菌落状况、色素产生和菌丝生长速度,结果表明,硫磺菌菌丝最适生长温度为30℃,最适碳源为果糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨,最适碳氮比为30∶1,最适pH值为5.3。

【Abstract】 The growth rate,vigor,density and pigmentation of Laetiporus sulphureus mycelium were observed at different temperatures,pH values,on different carbon and nitrogen sources,and using different C∶N ratios.Our data showed that the preferred C-source,N-source,C∶N ratio,and optimum pH and temperature values were fructose,peptone,30∶1,5.3 and 30 ℃,respectively.
