【Abstract】 The leaves of sugarcane(Saccharum officinarum L.) were evaluated for suitability as substrate for cultivation of the Coprinus comatus.The substrates C which mixed with 75 % of sugarcane leaves,8% of wheat bran and 5% portia tree bran was the best substrate in fruit body production of C.comatus.
