【中文摘要】 通过正交试验方差分析和D uncan多重检验,结果表明,影响杏鲍菇生物学效率的主要因素是喷施不同浓度三十烷醇,其次为培养料处理方法,而覆土材料为次要因素,并寻求最佳栽培工艺为,三十烷醇9%、熟料栽培、菜园土为最佳组合。
【英文摘要】 With Pleurotus eryngii as the material in the experiment,the effect of the different materials of casing soil,the different concentrations of triacontanol and the treatments of cultivation medium on the biological efficiency of Pleurotus eryngii were studied through variance analysis of orthogonal experiment and Duncan's new multiple tests,it was shown that the domiant factor of the influence on the biological efficiency of Pleurotus eryngii was spraying the different concentrations of triacontanol,and then the treatments of cultivation medium,the material of casing soil was minor factor.The optimum cultivation technique was also gotten in the experiment,namely,9% triacontanol solution,the sterilized raw materials,vegetable garden soil.
