【中文摘要】 以鸡腿菇2个子实体为材料,撕取成熟鸡腿菇菌褶1小片经振荡稀释得到2组I和II分别为42和43株单核体,经过3轮交配反应,结果表明,鸡腿菇的交配型符合四极性交配系统的分布规律。
【英文摘要】 No.42 and 43 monokaryons were separated from two fruit bodies of Coprinus comatus by spliting a little piece of mature gill of Coprinus comatus,then shaking and dilution isolation.Through three-cycle mating reaction,the result showed that the mating type of Coprinus comatus was belong to tetrapolar mating system.
