【中文摘要】 2003年～2006年对鸡腿菇母种培养基、原种、栽培种培养料及栽培基质配方进行了研究。结果表明,母种培养基以PDA+蛋白胨为最好;原种、栽培种培养料以棉籽壳和杂木屑混合培养料为最好;栽培基质配方以菌糠加入量为35%为最佳。
【英文摘要】 In order to choose the optimum culture medium formula of Coprinus comatus,the experiment on culture medium formula of stock culture and mother spawn and spawn substrate on Coprinus comatus were done from 2003 to 2006.The result showed that PDA+peptone in mother spawn was the best;cotton seed hull plus sawdust was the best for the mother spawn and spawn;cultivating base material formula plus fungal chaff amount as 35% was the best.
