桦褐孔菌对糖尿病大鼠组织损伤的保护作用

【中文摘要】 大鼠实验40d后,脱颈处死,迅速剖腹取胰腺、肝和肾组织,分别进行HE染色和免疫组化SABC染色、PAS染色观察病变。进行胰岛组织观察、肝组织观察、肾组织观察,结果表明桦褐孔菌提取物对STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠的胰岛、肝和肾组织损伤病变有一定的保护和修复作用。

【英文摘要】 To observe the protective and prothetic effects of extracts from Inonotus obliquus on pancreatic island,hepatic and kidney injury in streptozocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats,all rats had been tested for 40 days.We executed them by the method of neck mutilation and took the pancreatic island,hepatic and nephridial tissue from their abdominal cavities.Then we made use of HE staining method,PAS staining method and immunohistochemistry staining method and observed pathological change.To compare high density extracts from Inonotus obliquus group and diabetic model group,the former made the number and bulk of pancreatic island increase.The number of B cell in pancreatic island and insulin-secreting granule in B cell increased.To compare high middle density extracts from Inonotus obliquus group and diabetic model group.The former made the content of glycogen particle in hepatic cell increase remarkably.To compare high middle density extracts from Inonotus obliquus group and diabetic model grou...更多p,the thickening of glomerular basement membrane(GBM)and the hyperplasy of intercapillary cells were not remarkable.The vacuolar degeneration in nephric tubule was lessened remarkably.Extracts from Inonotus obliquus had the protective and prothetic effects on pancreatic island,hepatic and kidney injury in STZ-induced diabetic rats.  还原
