【中文摘要】 稻麦草栽培平菇比较理想的品种为Ｆ－８８，稻麦草的处理方法中最方便易行的为堆积发酵到５５℃以上维持３ｄ，翻堆３次，纯草产出率，稻草９６保罚ィ麦草５１保梗ァ
【英文摘要】 The best breed for cultivating Pleurotus in a nonsterilited rice and wheat straw is F-88. The easiest way of treating straw is composting to fermentation. The temperature of fermentation is more than 55℃ lasted 3 days, recomposted 3 times in the whole stage. The production rate of straw: rice straw 96.7%, wheat straw 51.9%.
