【中文摘要】 美味牛肝菌是一种菌根菌，分布世界各地，在福建福安子实体发生期主要集中于６～７月间，平均温度为２５保丁妫生长于针阔叶混交林的酸性土壤上，ｐＨ值４保浮５保福对该生态环境的考察研究结果可为半人工模拟栽培提供依据。
【英文摘要】 Boletus edulis is a sort of mycorrhizal mushroom,distribeting over around the world.Its mycelium grows in the acid soil with pH 4 8～5 8,in which the needle and wide leaves tree inhabitant mixedly.The growth period of the friut body is mainly during June to July with average tempereture of 25 6℃ in Fuan Fujian.The final research to the ecological environment will provide the base data for the hemi-artificial cultivation.
