
1.白蘑菇即口蘑
2.蘑菇洗净晾干或擦干,切厚片
3.锅中加点油烧热,放入蘑菇中火慢煎;油不用很多~~
4.煎至两面金黄水分干时,洒点儿料酒;
5.洒上适量盐、再磨入黑椒碎
6.翻炒几下均匀,撒上香菜碎,美味出锅~~
