【中文摘要】 试验采用BABL/c小鼠 ,按体重随机分为对照组和灵芝发酵茶高 (4.198g/kg)、中(3.35 8g/kg) 、低 (2 .798g/kg)剂量组。连续给样 30d ,末次给样 30min后 ,进行小鼠负重游泳试验与测定血清尿素氮、血乳酸和肝糖原三个生化指标的抗疲劳试验。结果表明 ,一定剂量的灵芝发酵茶提取液有显著的抗疲劳作用
【英文摘要】 The anti fatigue effect of Ganoderma lucidum Fermented Tea extract on the mice was evaluated in this paper. The mice (BABL/c) were randomly divided into the control group and three experimental groups according to their weight, and the dosage of Ganoderma lucidum Fermented Tea extract taken by the mice in the experimental groups were 4.198g/kg, 3.358g/kg and 2.798g/kg respectively. After being given Ganoderma lucidum Fermented Tea extract continuously for 30 days, all the mice were put into swimming test bearing a load. And serum urea nitrogen, serum lactic acid and hepatic glycogen of the mice were measured too. The result indicated that Ganoderma lucidum Fermented Tea extract with certain dosage had significant anti fatigue effect on the mice.
