温度和添加物对棉籽壳发酵过程的影响

【中文摘要】 在棉籽壳发酵过程中 ,培养料中胞外羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、淀粉酶、漆酶和果胶酶在 4 0℃~ 5 0℃时活性较高 ,6 0℃时活性较低 ,70℃后活性丧失。发酵温度为 5 0℃时 ,培养料中纤维素和半纤维素的降解量最大 ,4 0℃时次之 ,6 0℃时较小 ,70℃后为零。麦麸和尿素均能够提高上述五种胞外酶的活性及纤维素和半纤维素的降解量 ;淀粉能增加培养料干重损失量 ,但不能提高纤维素和半纤维素的降解量 ;矿质元素对纤维素和半纤维素的降解量没有影响。木质素在发酵过程中几乎不被降解

【英文摘要】 During the fermentation process of cotton seed hull compost, the activities of extracellular carboxymethel cellulase (CMCase), hemicellulase (HCase), amylase, laccase and pectase were higher at 40℃~50℃, lower at 60℃ and lost above 70℃. The amount of cellulose and hemicellulose decomposed in cotton seed hull compost was the highest at 50℃, higher at 40℃ and lower at 60℃, and there was no degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose above 70℃. The activities of five above-mentioned extracellular enzymes and the amount of cellulose and hemicellulose decomposed increased when wheat bran or urea was added into cotton seed hull compost. When starch was added, the weight loss of dry matter in cotton seed hull compost increased, but the amount of cellulose and hemicellulose decomposed couldn't increase. However, no effect on the amount of cellulose and hemicellulose decomposed was observed when mineral elements were added.
