【中文摘要】 长根金钱菌 (Oudemansiellaradicata)菌丝生长的最适碳源是果糖 ,最适氮源是酵母粉 ,最适温度 2 0～ 2 5℃ ,最适 pH6.0～ 7.0 ,最适培养基含水量 60 %。子实体原基分化温度 2 5～2 7℃ ,最适昼夜温差 6℃ ,空气相对湿度 85 %～ 90 %时能正常形成原基。
【英文摘要】 It was proved in our test that the optimum C-source, N-source, temperature, pH and water content of the media were fructose, yeast powder, 20～25℃, 6.0～7.0 and 60% resp. for the mycelial growth of Oudemansiella radicata, and that the primordium differentiation temperature and the optimum temperature difference of day and night were 25～27℃ and 6℃ resp.. While the relative air humidity for the normal formation of the primordia was 85%～90%.
