【中文摘要】 经研究发现 ,虎奶菇菌种宜采用麦粒培养基 ,接种量以 1.6%为宜 ,菌种菌龄以 30d为宜 ;培养料以棉籽壳为宜 (生物学效率 4 2 .90 % ) ,培养料装量以每袋 2 2 5g为宜 ,培养料最佳C/N为 2 5～ 30 :1;而最佳栽培模式为袋栽
【英文摘要】 It was showed in Pleurotus tuber regium cultivation experiment result that the optimum spawn medium, spawning rate and spawn age were wheat grain medium, 1.6% and 30d resp., that the optimumcompost, the compost content per bag and the C/N were cotton seed hull(with a biological efficiency of 42.90%), 225g and 25～30∶1 resp., and that the optimum cultivation mode was bag cultivation mode.
