双环林地蘑菇的生物学特性和栽培特性

【中文摘要】 双环林地蘑菇菌丝无锁状联合。菌丝生长温度 10~ 4 0℃ ,最适 2 0~ 2 5℃ ;pH4 .5~13,最适 6~ 8.5 ;培养料含水量 4 5 %~ 75 %菌丝均可生长 ,最适 68%~ 73% ;最适C源是淀粉、蔗糖、纤维素 ;最适氮源是酵母粉、干酪素、硫酸铵、硝酸铵 ;麦芽、麸皮、松针、干糙皮侧耳子实体、小麦、牛粪的热水提取液可促进菌丝生长。双环林地蘑菇子实体形成温度 2 0~ 35℃ ,最适 2 4~30℃ ,子实体形成期最适宜的空气相对湿度为 70 %~ 85 %。

【英文摘要】 It was showed in our experiment that the mycelia of Agaricus placomyces had not clamp connection; that the suitable temperature for the mycelial growth was ranged from 10~40℃ with the optimum temperatune being 20~25℃, the suitable pH was ranged from 4.5~13 with the optimum pH being 6.0~8.5 and the suitbale moisture content of the compost was ranged from 45%~75% with the optimum moisture content of the compost being 68%~73%; and that the optimum carbon sources were sucrose, amylum and cellulose, the optimum nitrogen sources were yeast powder, casein, ammonium sulfate and ammoniumnitrate, and the hot water extracts of wheat germ, wheat bran, pine needle, dry fruitbody of P. ostreatus, grains of wheat and cow dung were beneficial for the mycelial growth. While the temperature for its fruitbody formation was 20~35℃ with the optimum temperature being 24~30℃, and the optimum relative air humidity for its fruitbody formation was 70%~85%.
