【中文摘要】 担子菌遗传转化目前主要采用电激法和PEG法。本文着重介绍自第一例担子菌的遗传转化开始,担子菌中转化系统的构建和转化的一般特点;并列出了截止到1996年9月报道的一些实例,说明了担子菌遗转传化的理论价值和应用价值。
【英文摘要】 The genetic transformation of basidiomycetes was carried out with PEG and electroporation and microprejection. The establishment of transformation system and the general features of transformation beginning from the first example of genetic transformation in basidiomycetes were reported in this study. And some successful examples published as late as Sep. 1996 were also enumerated in this paper, showing the importance of gene transformation in the breeding of basidiomycetes.
