【中文摘要】 对4个猴头菌菌株的研究表明,猴头菌营养生长阶段最佳碳源为淀粉,最佳氮源为麦麸及蛋白胨,最适碳氮比为20∶1,最适pH为4.0～5.0,最适温度为25～29℃。
