【中文摘要】 以PDA为基础。分别加入VB、VC、生长素01和920配制成4种不同的培养基,以PDA培养基为对照,在28℃下,对巨大口磨的菌丝体进行培养。结果表明：加入VB、生长素01和920的3种培养基菌丝体生长性状都明显优于VC和对照的培养基。
【英文摘要】 Vitamin B,Vitamin C,Auxin 01 and 920 were put into the PDA resp.to make 4 different kinds of medium,then Trieholoma gigantettm as inoculated on them resp.to compare with the growth status of T.giganteum mycehum on PDA under 28℃.The result showed the Vitamin B,Auxin 01 and 920 medium were superior to Vitamin C and PDA for mycehum growth resp.
