【中文摘要】 采用加富PDA培养基对保藏的5个娟虫草菌株进行菌丝生长速度和形态比较,并采用加富米饭培养基进行栽培性能比较,筛选出子座键壮、产量高、生产周期短、适合在南方地区春夏季节栽培的蛹虫草菌株CS-7。
【英文摘要】 A comparative study was carried out on the mycelial growth rate and morphology of 5 selected strains on nutrient-enriched PDA media and also on the cultivation on nutrient-enriched rice media.A high yielding strain of C.militaris CS-7 with features of strong stromata and short growth cycles and suitable for growth in spring and summer in south China was obtained.
