【中文摘要】 通过竹荪深层发酵菌丝体多糖对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖、细胞白介素－２（ＩＬ－２）的诱生及Ｓ－１８０肿瘤细胞的作用实验，证实其发酵菌丝体多糖可明显提高小鼠淋巴细胞数量（Ｐ＜０保埃保；对ＩＬ－２诱生作用极为明显（Ｐ＜０保埃保；对小鼠Ｓ－１８０实体肿瘤的抑瘤率为５８保梗ィǎ校迹蔼保埃保。
【英文摘要】 The purposes of this study is to investigate the effect of depths-ferment mycelium polysaccharides(DFMP)of Dictyophora indusiata on the immunologic responses and anti-tumour in mice.The results also indicated that the DFMP can increase immunologic responses notably(P<0.01);The rate of inhibiting tumour cell(S-180)is 58 93%(P<0.05).
