【英文摘要】 Flammulina velutipes is one of the most important edible mushroom in the world. In China, its research history of breeding is more than 30 years. This article elaborates five ways to breed Flammulina velutipes: Isolation breeding, crossbreeding, mutation breeding, mutation breeding, protoplast fusion, and gene recombination breeding, and describes its recent progress and prospects in China.
