【中文摘要】 该文研究了栽培平菇的不同培养料组合的效果，从中选出了较优的配方。结果表明，红薯秧粉、玉米芯粉、稻草组成的基质最好，红薯秧粉、棉籽皮、稻草组成的基质较好。
【英文摘要】 The experiment results showed that different effects were achieved by different culture substratum made of sweet potato vine, corn cob and rice straw. The better recipe was made of sweet potato vine, cotten seed skin and rice straw.
