【中文摘要】 <正> 榆耳是东北地区特有的一种药用和食用兼用的真菌,腐生于榆树上。群众采之晾干主要用于治腹泻,据说与鸡蛋煮或炒食之,治白痢,与红枣煮水食之,治红痢,有奇效。医药部门收购用做中药,外贸部门收购出口香港,主要食用。近年来,由于资源枯竭,榆耳收购价格飞涨,许多人试图人工栽培榆耳,甚至著书立说,可是榆耳是什么样的真菌,它的分类地位如何还是一个值得探讨的问题。
【英文摘要】 Yu-er is a special local fungus of the Northeast,China,which is edible and folk medical herb.The taxonomy,ecology and distribution of the fungus were studied.The scientific name of Yu-er was figured out that it is Gloeostereum incarnaturn S.Ito et Imai in stead of Phlebia sp.,It was found only in the Northeast China and Japan.The fungus is growing on decaying wood of Ulmus Purnila,U.propinqua nd Acer sp.The fruiting season is in the autumn(from the end August to September in the Northeast-China).
