【摘要】 系统阐述了美味牛肝菌研究的历史和现状、生物学特性、分类、栽培驯化、营养及食药用价值,并对其未来发展及应用进行了展望。
【Abstract】 This chapter is a comprehensive introduction to the present research situation,biological characters,medicinal and nutritional value,to the cultivation of Boletus edulis,and prospects for the research problems and the future applications.
