【摘要】 紫丁香蘑(Lepista nuda)色泽鲜艳,香味浓郁,口感极佳,具有很高的营养价值和药用价值,是珍稀的食药用菌。为加快其开发利用及深入研究,本文从紫丁香蘑的分类地位、生态分布、形态特征、化学成分、营养价值、药用价值、菌丝生物学特性、驯化栽培及重金属富集特性等方面进行了综述,并对紫丁香蘑的开发前景进行了分析和展望,以期为广大研究者提供一些参考。
【Abstract】 Lepista nuda,an edible/medicinal fungus,is highly valued for its lustrous color,fragrant flavor and delicious taste.The taxonomic status,ecological distribution,morphological characteristics of the vegetative mycelium and fruit bodies,chemical constituents,nutritional and medicinal attributes,heavy metal accumulation traits,and domestication and cultivation of L.nuda have been reviewed.The prospects for future development and utilization of this mushroom are discussed.
