【摘要】 以造纸厂下脚料麦秸渣为原料制成不同配方的培养料（麦秸渣含量分别为42.5%,63.8%和85%）栽培平菇（Pleurotus ostreatus）。结果表明,以麦秸渣为原料栽培平菇生物学效率比以棉籽壳为主料栽培的低5%12%,商品质量稍差,但菌丝生长快,出菇早,生产周期可缩短47d。
【Abstract】 Four substrate formulae containing 12% wheat bran,1% Ca（H2PO4）2,1% CaSO4,1% CaO,0.01% carbendazim,and varying concentrations of cotton seed hulls and wheat straw waste from a paper mill,were evaluated as growth substrates for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus.Colonization of the substrate was faster,fruit bodies formed earlier and the cultivation cycle was 47 days shorter when 42.5%,63.8% or 85% wheat straw residue was incorporated into the cultivation substrate compared to a for...
