【摘要】 在食用菌反季栽培生产的各环节中,受季节影响最大的就是子实体的形成,这是反季栽培能否成功的关键。因此,通过本项目的研究,探索出影响反季栽培促使子实体形成各种因子的调控技术,更有效地保证反季栽培食用菌生产的成功。

【Abstract】 Throughout all stages of off-season edible fungi cultivation,the formation of fruiting bodies was the most affected by seasons,which was the key to successful off-season cultivation.Therefore,the present research aims at exploring the techniques of regulating various factors which facilitate the formation of fruiting bodies in off-season cultivation,and so as to ensure the success of edible fungi’s off-season cultivation effectively.
