灵芝单核和双核菌丝培养条件的比较研究

【摘要】 研究不同培养条件对灵芝单核、双核菌株生长的影响,并分析其对环境适应力的差异。不同单核菌株间生长势出现一定程度的差异性,单核菌丝在水分、温度、pH值的适应能力上弱于双核菌丝,但在光照适应性上强于双核菌丝,单核菌丝生长势总体上弱于双核菌丝。灵芝单核、双核菌株都存在吐水现象,但单核对水分更敏感。灵芝单核菌株与双核菌株在水分、温度、pH、光照上都存在较大环境适应力差异,双核菌株对环境适应能力要强于单核菌株。

【Abstract】 The growth in different culture conditions of mononuclear mycelia and dicaryotic mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum were compared and the differences of environmental adaptation were analyzed.The differences were existed in the growth rate of mononuclear mycelium in different strains.The adaptability in water,temperature and pH of mononuclear mycelium were weaker than that of dicaryotic mycelium while the adaptability in illumination intensity was opposite.The growth vigor of mononuclear mycelium was...
