【摘要】 在秦岭中段宁陕县冷水沟采集10株野生羊肚菌,获得菌丝体,扩增其rDNA的ITS区,并进行分析比对,构建分子系统树,鉴定这10株羊肚菌都为粗腿羊肚菌(Morchella crassipes)。
【Abstract】 10 strains of Morchella sp.from Lengshuigou ravine of Qinling Moutains were collected and isolated.Based on the PCR procedure and analysis of rDNA ITS region sequence,a molecular phylogenetic tree was constructed.The 10 samples were all identified as Morchella crassipes.
