【摘要】 通过对大杯蕈栽培料配方、原料发酵处理、接种时间及覆土方式的试验,结果表明,大杯蕈适宜配方为棉籽壳40%、阔叶树木屑40%、麦麸18%、CaCO31%、石灰1%,适宜接种时间为3月、4月,棉籽壳栽培料发酵或不发酵,脱袋覆土及袋内覆土均可。
【Abstract】 The tests on the prescription of cultivation materials, treatment on the raw material, the time of inoculation and the method of overlaying soil were studied. The results showed that among the optimum formula of Chitocybe maxima, the cottonseed hull 40%, wood chips 40%, oat bran 18%, CaCO3 1%, calcareousness 1% were the best, the optimum time of inoculation were March or April of a year, the cultivation of cottonseed fermented or not were allowed, and soil covering without bags or with bags were allowed.
