【中文摘要】 研究了灰树花复方制剂对正常小鼠的空腹血糖和体重以及对四氧嘧啶诱导高血糖小鼠的空腹血糖、体重和糖耐量的影响。灰树花复方制剂对正常小鼠的空腹血糖和体重无显著影响,对四氧嘧啶诱导高血糖小鼠具有抑制空腹血糖升高和提高糖耐量的作用,对体重无影响。表明,灰树花复方制剂具有降血糖的保健功能。
【英文摘要】 The effects of an amalgam,prepared by adding one part propolis to 19 parts of a hot aqueous extract of combined Grifola frondosa,Ganoderma lucidum and Astragalus memanaceus(W∶W∶W =2∶1∶1),on the plasma glucose levels and body weights of healthy and alloxan-induced diabetic rats,and on the glucose tolerance of diabetic rats,were evaluated.A hypoglycemic effect was recorded when diabetic,but not healthy,rats were administered the amalgam,and the diabetic rats also showed an improved tolerance to glucose.Weight increases observed after 10,20 and 30 days in control and test samples of both normal and diabetic rats were not significantly different.
