草菇高产新菌种的选育

【中文摘要】 草菇V23原生质体再生菌丝经过0℃低温胁迫处理108 h后,筛选出菌丝较耐低温的菌株V23a,获得V23a的孢子分离菌株(Spore Isolation Strains,SIS),经栽培后,筛选生物学效率高的菌株进行组织分离,获得组织分离菌株(Tissue Isolation Strains,TIS),选出其中生物学效率最高的Va2作为草菇高产新菌种,其生物学效率比对照V23高14.27%。选育过程中分析了SIS菌株的气生菌丝密度、厚垣孢子数量和出菇率,比较了SIS和TIS菌株的菌丝生长速度、原基数、生产周期、单菇平均质量和生物学效率等主要性状。结果表明,可出菇的SIS菌株其子实体产量差异较大,但均低于对照菌株V23。TIS菌株的产量比SIS的提高了087.18%。

【英文摘要】 Volvariella volvacea,strain V23a,was selected from regenerated protoplasts of strain V.volvacea V23 by exposure to 0 ℃ for 108 h.Spore Isolated Strains(SIS) were obtained in relatively high yield from V23a fruit bodies using standard methodology,and Tissue Isolated Strains(TIS) were then isolated from fruit bodies of the SIS.A new high-yielding(14.27% higher yield compared with strain V23) V.volvacea strain,Va2,was selected from the TIS.Aerial hyphae and chlamydospore production,and fruiting frequency values,were determined for SIS,and mycelial growth rates,densities of primordia,times elapsing between substrate inoculation and harvesting of the fruit bodies,average fruit body weights and Biological Efficiency values were recorded for both SIS and TIS.Fruit body yields for SIS varied considerably and were invariably lower compared to strain V23,whereas yields for TIS were up to 87.2 % higher than those of the corresponding SIS.
