【中文摘要】 对红汁乳菇子实体和组织分离菌株核糖体转录间隔区片段进行PCR扩增,扩增产物纯化后测序,测序结果在GenBank中进行同源性检索,并下载部分具有代表性种的ITS序列,利用软件MEGA4构建分子系统发育树,通过树图分析,最后鉴定出该组织分离菌株就是红汁乳菇的纯菌种。
【英文摘要】 Internal Transcribed Spacer(ITS) sequences in rDNA samples extracted from a Lactarius hatsudake fruit body,and from fungal mycelium isolated from the sporophore,were determined.Blastn was used to compare sequence data with 25 reference sequences deposited in GenBank,and a phylogenetic tree was constructed.Our date confirmed that the fungal mycelium isolated from the L.hatsudake fruit body was the vegetative form of the mushroom.
