【英文摘要】 A crude aqueous extract of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies, LZ, inhibited the growth of eight different tumor cell lines in a dose-dependent manner. Two bioactive fractions, LZ-DN-2-2 and LZ-DW-2-a-3, were obtained from LZ using dialysis combined with anion exchange and gel filtration chromatography. LZ, LZ-DN-2-2 and LZ-DW-2-a-3 induced apoptosis of SW620 cells in a dose-dependent manner, and arrested the tumor cells in the G0 phase of the cell cycle.
