【中文摘要】 蜜环菌(Armillariellamellea)不同菌株与天麻(Gastrodiaelata)进行伴栽试验,研究蜜环菌不同菌株对天麻产量的影响。结果表明,蜜环菌不同菌株对天麻产量具有一定的影响,蜜环菌菌株M1能显著提高天麻产量,室内瓶栽和室内地栽(室内地面覆土栽培)试验均表现出良好的伴栽效果,适应性强。
【英文摘要】 The cultivation test was made to study the effect of different strains of Armillariella mellea on the yield of Gastrodiaelata. The results showed that different strains of Armillariella mellea had certain effect on the yield of Gastrodia elata. Strain M_1 provided by Yichang Microbiology Institute was screened out to be the optimum strain which greatly increased the yield of Gastrodia elata. Gastrodia elata cultivated with strain M_1 of A. mellea achieved the highest yield both in the indoor bottle cultivation and in the indoor ground casing cultivation.
