白灵侧耳栽培技术研究

【中文摘要】 白灵侧耳可以在棉籽壳、木屑、玉米芯等多种培养料上生长。以棉籽壳 (5 0 %~30 % )与木屑 (5 0 %~ 70 % )混合培养料菌丝生长最快 ,子实体产量最高。白灵侧耳培养料必须经过灭菌处理 ,充分发菌后的菌袋于 4℃低温下保存 1年仍可以出菇 ;若保存于常温下 ,则必须经过 2个月以上的菌丝后熟期才能出菇。生物学效率 (鲜品 )可高达 90 %以上。

【英文摘要】 It was showed in our experiment that Pleurotus nebrodensis could be cultivated with the composts composed of cotton seed hull, sawdust, corncob, and the compost composed of cotton seed hull(50%~30%) mixed with sawdust (50%~70%) was proved to be the optimum compost with the hightest mycelial growth rate and fruitbody yield. It was also confirmed in our experiment that the compost should be sterilized first before being put into use, and that the optimum temperature for its mycelial growth and fruitbody development was 25~28℃ and 15~18℃ resp.. And it was found that the full spawn-run cultivation bag stored for one year under 4℃ could still fruit, while it could also fruit after 2 months of post mycelial maturation period with a biological efficiency of more than 90% for its fresh fruitbody.
