【中文摘要】 经三次筛选试验 ,从 2 9个菌株中选出高产优质菌株———灰西组织分离菌株。在三种培养料配方试验中 ,发现最佳配方为 :棉籽壳 30 % ,木屑 30 % ,麸皮 2 0 % ,玉米粉 5 % ,石膏粉1% ,蔗糖 1% ,细土 13%。
【英文摘要】 Huixi tissue isolation strain (Huixi TIS ),with high yield and good quality,was screened as the optimun strain through 3 screening tests from 29 strains. And formula ② (cotton seed hull 30%,sawdust 30%, wheat bran 20%, corn meal 5%, gypsum powder 1%, sugar 1% and fine soil 13%) was found to be the optimum formula in the comparative test of 3 compost formulae.
