【中文摘要】 研究了影响好氧菌虎奶菇菌核生长发育的因子。结果表明 ,虎奶菇菌丝生长最适温度为 32℃ ,菌核生长适温为 2 3～ 2 8℃ ;培养料消毒前较适宜pH为 7.5～ 8;适宜料水比为 1:2 .2 ;较适宜碳源为玉米淀粉和淀粉 ;较适宜氮源为麦麸和牛粪。
【英文摘要】 Factors affecting the growth of aerobic Pleurotus tuber-regium Sing.were studied.The results showed that the appropriate growth conditions for P.tuber-regium were as follows: 23℃ for the growth of mycelia, 23～28℃ for the growth of sclerotium, pH7.5～8,with a ratio of 1:2.2 for culture medium to water, and that the appropriate carbon sources were corn starch or normal starch and the appropriate nitrogen sources were wheat bran and cow dung. And enough oxygen was needed for the growth of Pleurotus tuber-regium too.
