【中文摘要】 杏鲍菇味鲜美 ,口感好 ,质地优良 ,货架寿命长 ,近年来 ,在欧洲得以迅速发展 ,并传播到美国、日本、我国台湾地区。试验结果表明 ,锯末培养料的杏鲍菇产量高于秸秆培养料 ,大麦啤酒糟能有效地提高杏鲍菇产量 ,而覆土出菇栽培模式可以获得较高的杏鲍菇产量及生物学效率。
【英文摘要】 With delicious taste, superior texture and long shelf life, Pleurotus eryngii has been developed swiftly in Europe during recent years and introduced to the North American, Japan and Taiwan of P. R. China. And it was proved in our experiments that the yield of P. eryngii in the sawdust medium was higher than that of the straw medium, that the barley beer distillers' grains could effectively raise the yield of P. eryngii, and that the casing fruiting model could get a higher yield and biological efficiency.
