【中文摘要】 药理学研究表明 ,金耳糖肽胶囊能抗动物肝损伤、保护肝细胞、降低转氨酶 ,其作用明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,还能调节动物细胞生物活性 ,提高机体的代谢水平 ,增强免疫力 ,与对照组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。此外 ,金耳糖肽可提高动物的应激能力 ,说明该胶囊主要是通过保护肝细胞 ,调节或稳定细胞功能活动 ,提高免疫力和机体的应激能力来防治肝炎等慢性疾病的
【英文摘要】 Pharmacological studies showed that Tremella aurantialba polysaccharide-peptide capsule had superior effects (P<0.05) on resisting animal liver damage,protecting liver cells, reducing the level of transaminase to the controls, and that it also had significant effects (P<0.01) on regulating bioactivity of animal cells, enhancing the body metabolism level and improving the immunity function, which were remarkably different than the controls. Besides, the capsule could increase animal irritable ability. These results indicate that the prevention and cure of chronic diseases such as hepatitis by the capsule are through protecting liver cells, regulating or stabilizing the functional activity of cells, improving the immunity and increasing the irritable ability of the body.
