巴西蘑菇富镉特性研究初报

【中文摘要】 人工栽培的巴西蘑菇子实体中镉含量普遍较高,达13.0~23.1μg/g。试验表明,堆料和覆土中镉含量均低于0.1μg/g,而子实体含镉量却高达4.0~6.8μg/g。据氨基酸分析结果,与富镉相关的胱氨酸含量高达1.875mg/100mg,而对照的双孢蘑菇仅含0.575mg/100mg。作者认为,巴西蘑菇子实体镉含量高与栽培所采用的培养料及覆土材料无关,系其本身富集镉元素的生物学特性所致。扫描电镜观察结果表明,巴西蘑菇担孢子形态正常,初步认为富镉特性未影响其生长发育。

【英文摘要】 It was verified in our lest that Cd -content in the fruitbodies of Agaricus blazei produced in Fujian China, Japan and Brazil was as high as 13.0 - 23. Iμg/g, generally higher than the normal content, and that the Cd ?content in the compost and casing soil was all lower than 0. lμg/g while the Cd - content in the fruitbodies was as high as 4.06.8μg/g. The amino acids were analysed and the result showed that the contents of Glu, Cys and Gly in Agaricus blazei were all higher than that in A . bisporus, especially the content of Cys, it was as high as 1. 875mg/100mg, while the comtent of Cys in A. bisporus was only 0. 575mg/100mg. It was considered that A. blazei had Cd ?enrichment characteristic itself, and that the high Cd ?content in its fruitbodies beared no relation to the compost and casing soil used in the culture test. Under scanning electron microscope(SEM), the morphology of A . blazei basidiosporc was obviously normal.
