【中文摘要】 随着科学技术的飞跃发展和多学科的相互渗透,生物工程技术应运而生,并在各个领域不断深入发展。本文综述了细胞工程、发酵工程、基因工程和酶工程在草菌领域的研究概况。
【英文摘要】 With the rapid development of science and technology, and the interaction of multi - branches of learning, the biotechnology arose at the historic moment and developed continuously in depth at various fields. And the development trend of cell engineering, fermentation engineering, gene engineering and enzyme engineering in the field of mushrooms was summarized in this paper.
