【中文摘要】 本文比较系统地研究了培养基、酶解时间及单双层培养法等因素对灵芝原生质体再生的影响。结果表明,纤维二糖培养基及双层培养法比较适合灵芝原生质体再生。考虑到灵芝原生质体的得率以及不同酶解时间制备的灵芝原生质体的再生率,酶解2.5h的灵芝原生质体用于再生比较合适。
【英文摘要】 The effect of medium, enzymolysis time and single or double layer culture method on protoplast regeneration of Ganoderma lucidum was investigated systematically in this paper. The results showed that the cel-lobiose medium and double layer culture method were most suitable for protoplast regeneration of Ganoderma lucidum . Taking into account the protoplast production rate and the regeneration rate of the protoplasts, it was concluded that the most proper enzymolysis time was 2.5h.
