我国金针菇新品种的选育

【中文摘要】 金针菇在国际市场上是仅次于蘑菇香菇,居第三位的主要食用菌。本文着重介绍我国开发金针菇新品种的概况;金针菇优良菌株的野生驯化育种、担孢子杂交育种、诱变育种技术;笔者通过野生驯化育出的我国第一个自选和定型的金针菇优良菌株“三明1号”及采用担孢子杂交法育出的生物学效率达100%以上,优质、抗病性强、栽培性能稳定的金针菇优良菌株“杂交19号”的品种特性,栽培特点和管理技术;以及金针菇品种的选育方向。

【英文摘要】 Flammulina velutipes held the third place in the world market, next to Agaricus bisporus and Lentinus edodes. The present paper highlighted the development of new Flammulina velutipes strains in China, the breeding techniques of top quality strains and the first self-selected,well-stable, high quality domestic strain in China-Sanming No.1 and basidiosporecrossbreeding hyhrid No. 19. And the techniques of wild strain domestication breeding, basidiospore crossbreeding and mutagenic breeding, as well as the high yield (with biological efficiency over 100%), high quality, high resistance, stable cultivated hybrid No. 19, its culture methods and management measures were reported in this paper. While breeding directions of the new Flammulina velutipes strains were also described in this paper.
