阔叶树木屑培养基中辅料含量对栽培香菇的影响

【中文摘要】 本文研究了杂木屑培养基中麦麸和米糠两种辅料对栽培香菇的影响。试验结果表明:米糠含量高的培养基,其绝对生物学效率、培养基失重、呼吸消耗、木质纤维素降解量均高于米糠含量低的培养基;麦麸更适合作栽培香菇的辅料,20%的麦麸具有30%米糠基本相同的生理功能;培养基的C/N在栽培过程中不断下降,适当增加氮源可降低培养基的C/N,具有提高香菇产量的作用。

【英文摘要】 A research on the effect of wheat bran and rice bran in broad-leaf tree sawdust medium on the growth of L. edodes was conducted. The result showed that when medium was added with high content of rice bran, the absolute biological efficiency, medium weight reduction, respiration consumption and the lignocellulose reduction of the medium were higher than that added with low content of rice bran. And wheat bran was proved to be a kind of more suitable subsidiary. Medium with 20% wheat bran showed the same physiological function as that with 30% rice bran. While the ratio of C/N in medium decreased continuously during the cultivation of L. edodes, so appropriate increment of nitrogen source could reduce C/N in medium and improve the yield of L. edodes.
