杏鲍菇液体菌种的生产工艺优化与应用

【中文摘要】 对杏鲍菇液体发酵过程进行研究,实验结果表明杏鲍菇液体菌种较优生产工艺条件是:250mL三角瓶中装液量为100mL,转速180 r.min-1,温度25℃,发酵培养周期144h。所获得的杏鲍菇液体菌种活力强,菌龄一致,将其接种于木屑栽培培养基,菌丝萌发、吃料快,生长整齐,出菇早,平均生物学效率92.4%。

【英文摘要】 Compared the production process with different controls parameter in submerged culture in order to optimize the technique of liquid spawn processing;and the applications of liquid spawn in Pleurotus eryngii cultivation with saw dust substrate were conducted.The results show that the suitable culture conditions in submerged culture are as follows: 100mL filled volume in size 250mL flask,rotate speed 180r·min-1,temperature 25℃.The application test results revealed that the activity of liquid spawn is clearly and mycelium colonized in active formal,and the average bio-efficiency is 92.4% in cultivation.
