【中文摘要】 以菌丝体生物量和胞外多糖产量为指标,通过正交试验对鸡腿菇JM-08深层发酵的碳、氮源进行研究。结果表明JM-08发酵最适碳源为2%葡萄糖和3%玉米粉,氮源为5%麦麸和0.5%酵母粉。
【英文摘要】 The carbon and nitrogen sources of Coprinus comatus JM-08 on the mycelium biomass and extracellular polysaccharide were studied.The result showed that the optimum carbon sources was 2% glucose and 3% maize powder,also the optimum nitrogen sources was 5% wheat-bran and 0.5% yeast extract.
