【中文摘要】 分析了浙江省食用菌产业发展现状和地位,指出影响和制约浙江省食用菌产业化可持续发展是资源利用、生产经营、科技投入、政策扶持力度不够等与生产矛盾突出的问题与困难,提出了促进浙江省食用菌产业可持续发展的策略与措施。
【英文摘要】 The current situation and status of mushroom industry in Zhejiang Province are analyzed.It is pointed out that the outstanding problems and difficulties in contradiction with sustainable development are use of resources,production and management,investment in science and technology,lack of policy support and so on.Meanwhile,corresponding strategy and proposals are made.By means of development of effective agriculture,planning and construction of commodity bases,development of leading enterprises,nurturance of modern logistics,perfection of market system and enhancement of the socialized service,development of intensive processing and exploitation of excellent and famous products,management pattern that is organic combination of production,procurement and marketing and integration of science,trade,industry and agriculture should be formed to maintain the sustainable development of mushroom industry.
